Product and Pricing

In Encompass Mobile, you can use Product and Pricing to search for loan programs and pricing information. Encompass Mobile uses the Encompass Product and Pricing Service (EPPS) to return rate lock information into the related rate lock fields in the Encompass loan file. When the rate lock information is returned, you can submit the lock request from the Product and Pricing Results page. To order product and pricing tap the View Product and Pricing button on the Loan Summary.

  • The View Product and Pricing option is only available when Encompass Product and Pricing is selected as the product and pricing vendor on the Encompass server.

To View Product and Pricing:

  1. From the Loan Summary, tap View Product and Pricing.
    • On a mobile phone, tap the Menu icon and select Product and Pricing to view product and pricing.

  2. Verify the loan information, fill out all required fields, and then tap Search. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*)

  3. On the Product and Pricing Results screen, tap the blue arrow to view the details of a specific program.

  4. Tap the Pop-Out icon to view the adjustment details of a specific program.

  5. To select a specific loan program, tap the Rate % for that program.

  6. On the Loan Program screen, tap Lock Request to submit a lock request.

  7. On the Lock Status Summary window, enter the lock date and comments, and then tap Confirm.

  8. When the lock request is submitted, a confirmation message displays. Tap View Summary to return to the Loan Summary.
